School years are the most enjoyable and memorable time of any person's life. It is important to be successful in the school, not only concerning the academic excellence, but also the sphere of communications on the level of student-student and student-teachers.  However, every school is different. The three main things that I consider to be the most crucial learning process outcomes are the ease of integration in a new environment, academic knowledge and its application to our everyday life routine and their own curiosity about learning something new.

 The first thing, as I mentioned, is the integration of the new and also old students. The reason I think that this is important is because when a new student comes into a class, everyone is curious who he is or where he is from. Moreover, during the class or the recesses all the students speak to him asking many questions. That way, the newcomer gets acquainted with new people with different characters and personalities and learns many things about his classmates. The ones that are more friendly may even match their personality and become friends for a long time. Meeting with new teachers and knowing what kind of person they are, in my opinion, is another important factor for a newcomer. For example, when a teacher is kind, every student will like that teacher, who will make the communication between them much easier and the learning process much more enjoyable for the student.

  Secondly, the newcomers should keep in mind is that whatever we learn in the classroom tend to use in our everyday life. In my opinion, if the students want to be successful, they should aim at being able to use their knowledge not only for the academic purposes, but also in the process of building their careers. I think that our school gives very much importance to this. Therefore, that would be useful for the new students to have this information.

 Last, but not least, our school encourages self-development. It gives us the opportunity to choose our classes and make our own schedules. This way, the students are more encouraged to learn whatever they are mostly interested in and not waste their time on learning by heart some concepts of the obligatory lessons like it is in the other schools.

Our school is different from many other schools, so the integration of the pupils from other Armenian public schools might be a little bit difficult. The things the newcomer should know is that our school's doors are open for every student, no matter who or from where he or she is. Therefore, the three most important things to do in class to be successful, is to learn every lesson, to participate, and if they have any kind of problems ask teachers or other students for help or advice.
